Tukun tiruan jenis tayar ini disumbangkan oleh Goodyear dilabuhkan oleh Tentera Udara Diraja Australia RAAF dengan kerjasama Pejabat Perikanan Negeri Kedah untuk kegunaan aktiviti rekreasi seperti selam skuba dan memancing.
